The complete Margaret Sherry ABC

Of all the gorgeous designs we've ever published in CrossStitcher, there are few that are requested as often as Margaret Sherry's ABC. Because of the blog style of our website, we appreciate that the charts can be difficult to find in a hurry - and we can't blame you for wanting to get stitching Margaret's characters. Due to popular demand, here are links to each letter, downloadable as a printable PDF.

Happy stitching, and don't forget to send us a picture of your finished alphabets, whether it's the full alphabet on a blanket, or just one letter. We can't wait to see them!

Thanks so much for doing this, it definitely makes getting all the charts easier (and I know I had some difficulty finding a few of them!)

Is there a DMC thread list for these? I have no means of getting Anchor threads and either a DMC chart or a conversion list would be helpful.

Thanks so much, I just love Margaret Sherry's designs. I have all the magazines, but having all the designs stored on my computer will make it easy to print them up as I am ready to stitch them.

Could someone please let me know what the A animal is. I only started subscribing to the magazine mid say though the series, and although the other animals are easy to figure out, I'm stuck on A.

Thanks

A bear?!

It could be an ant bear.

I wanted to say thanks to Margaret Sherry for all the delightful designs.

And thanks to Cross Stitcher for putting all the links together. I too was having trouble making sure I had them all between the magazines and the website. I just finished downloading them all, and they are now all in one place.

Many thanks!

A is for Archie the Bear.... one of Margaret's characters.

Hope that this helps. I need to know what size these work out to be as individual letters. How much size 14 count aida would I need?

Thank you in advance.

Thank you for putting the whole alphabet together. I have only just started subscribing so I haven't managed to collect every letter, now I have them all there's no excuse not to start! Absolutely love all Margaret Sherry's designs, more please! Great magazine, really look forward to reading it each month.

I'm so delighted to have all the alphabets together! I totally am disorganized with storing magazines where I can find them when I want them. :) I'm going to stitch the whole alphabet together. I'm quite the fan of Margaret Sherry's designs and loved her column in the last issue.

Can anyone suggest an appropriately sized alphabet afghan? The ones I have looked at seemed to be much bigger than the design warrant.

TIA.
